Dear PEIAA Member,
Let me give you an update on the progress we are making in the preparation to our meeting. First I can say that I have received lot of positive interest about the event from classmates from all around the globe and from different batches. Below I will provide information that will address the questions I have received from you and also some important items.

Conference. We would like to start collecting candidates to present in our conference.
Time for presentation may range from half an hour to 45 minutes, propose a topic and write an abstract.
Gloria Tuquerres (PII/EII Steering Committee) will collect your proposals and give you more guidelines.
But please let me know who is interested so we can start planning the schedule.
- Technical Visits. We are working in a number of very interesting technical visits. Our big candidate is Atucha, a nuclear power plant outside Buenos Aires, A. Dams (batch 66/68) is working to nail down the visit. www.cnea.gov.ar/en/AtuchaII. Also we are working to a visit to the Netherlands Embassy and Philips Argentina organized by Acaneb, Mr. Gabriel Pardi (batch 78).
- Logistics and cost. International visitors will stay in a hotel at their own cost. I am working in several alternatives for the hotels but I already have made an approximated budget for joining the event. The Event consists on the first day Conference, and the second day of Technical Visits. During those two days all meals are included so as the transportation. The cost to attend the PEIAA Meeting Conference and Visits is estimated into USD 340 that should be paid two months in advance, start saving now!. This cost does not include any hotels and transportation to/from Buenos Aires.
- Entertainment. A couple of options for our meeting we are considering: visit to the "Boca Juniors Museum and Stadium" www.museoboquense.com and also a Tango Show.
- Call to Action: It is desirable that you confirm by email your desire to attend the Reunion so we can start planning for the number of potential attendees.
Just for you, if are undecided, let's motivate, I have received interest
and possible attedants from the following PII/EII commencing years: 1959,
1962, 1966, 1967, 1968, 1970, 1973, 1975, 1976, 1977, 1978, 1981, 1982, 1986, 1987 and 1990 !
